AB - Based on the new environment of big data, this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of big data, and analyzes the characteristics of consumer behavior under the application background of big data analysis technology. We discuss various sources of big data, such as online interactions, social media activity, purchase history, and sensor data, emphasizing how each contributes to a deeper understanding of consumer preferences, motivations, and decision-making. In today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world, a growing number of consumers rely on online platforms for information, shopping, and banking transactions. Big Data technology enables consumers to find relevant products or information, while helping companies gain insights into customer behavior.
